Who provides your credit

ThirdSol is operated by Aplauso Innovation Studios, Inc. For payment support, cancellation requests or required remedies, contact hello@aplauso.io with your payment reference. Do not send card numbers, security codes or provider API keys.

The person authorizing a purchase must have the legal capacity and authority to do so, or act through a parent, guardian or other person authorized to make it.

What you are buying

Account credit is prepaid USD credit for eligible purchases and approved AI services within ThirdSol. You can explore without buying credit. A new funding payment is between $5 and $500 USD. Buying credit does not buy land, publish a creation or start an AI request. Those actions need their own review and approval.

Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another person or automatically replenished. It is not a bank deposit, investment, physical property right or promise of resale value. Payment remedies remain separate from cash withdrawals. There is currently no scheduled expiry of purchased credit.

Your reviewed payment

Before payment, ThirdSol shows your chosen usable credit, any applicable tax, any permitted processing fee and the total USD charge. The chosen credit amount is added after payment is verified; fees and tax do not become usable credit. Your accepted review records the exact amounts and terms. A price or wording change requires a new review for an unaccepted payment.

Stripe processes the payment. A return page, screenshot or pending payment does not establish settled credit. If confirmation is delayed, check or resume the existing payment with its reference. Do not pay again to recover the same payment. The payment method provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges separately.

Using credit for AI and purchases

ThirdSol-funded AI requires a separate approved maximum. Its charge is verified provider cost plus 25%, rounded once to USD millionths, within that maximum. Any applicable tax must be included in the amount approved before a charge. Unused reserved credit returns after settlement. Unknown final usage stays reserved for review rather than being charged from an estimate.

A personal provider API key uses that provider’s separate billing. It does not authorize a silent switch to ThirdSol credit. A land or other purchase requires its own accepted price, rights and confirmation; funding alone grants no title or placement permission.

Cancellation, errors and refunds

ThirdSol does not offer voluntary refunds of purchased account credit. This does not limit any cancellation right, refund or other remedy required by applicable law, or any enforceable promise in your accepted terms. Applicable rights may depend on your location and the supply. Adding or using credit does not by itself record a waiver of those rights.

Contact hello@aplauso.io with your payment reference to request a required remedy or report an error. Where a refund is due, the associated credit and any required fee or tax adjustment are reconciled with the original payment. Refunds normally return through the original payment method. A required remedy is not excluded merely because credit has been used or an account balance is low. Separate venue-admission refund promises are unchanged.

Account restrictions and continuity

A payment mismatch, fraud concern, refund or dispute can require review and restrict new spending. A restriction does not authorize another payment. Existing titles, completed purchases, compatible creations and accepted rights are not erased by an empty balance or a change to payment or AI connections.

ThirdSol does not promise perpetual service, investment returns or a resale market. Changes to future offers do not rewrite a completed payment’s accepted amounts, terms or mandatory protections. These terms apply to the funding review that identifies this version; historical accepted terms remain evidence for their original transactions.

Using the service

Account services require an internet connection, a verified account and a supported browser and device. You can try free exploration before funding. Account credit is usable within ThirdSol, not as a payment method at other businesses. Supported private creation files can be copied only through the export or download features actually offered; a copy grants no additional land or publication rights.
