The person authorizing a purchase must have the legal capacity and authority to do so, or act through a parent, guardian or other person authorized to make it. You can explore without buying land.

The exact land you review

The purchase review identifies the exact virtual parcels, boundary, area, currency and total charge. The current displayed selection and acquisition limits apply. A selection or preview does not reserve or buy land. Checkout rechecks and reserves the complete selection together; unavailable parcels cannot be silently substituted.

A change to the quoted price, selected land, rights or terms requires a fresh review before a new purchase. Keep the confirmed order reference and title record. Do not pay again to recover an existing completed purchase.

Digital Land Titles and baseline rights

A confirmed purchase records the selected virtual parcels in ThirdSol’s authoritative internal registry. Each sold canonical parcel has one permanent Digital Land Title and a stable public verification code. A downloadable certificate is a copy of the registry record; current verification determines its status.

Each canonical parcel can enter primary sale only once. ThirdSol does not create competing ownership layers, replacement title tiers or supply resets over sold land. All titles retain the same baseline rights regardless of price or purchase date. Later pricing changes do not rewrite completed transactions or create superior replacement titles.

The purchase conveys virtual rights within ThirdSol. It conveys no physical land, mineral rights, legal real-estate deed, investment return, guaranteed resale value or guaranteed buyer. A title does not promise perpetual operation of the service. Resale, rentals and owner-controlled paid admission require their own available features and terms; this purchase does not establish that those services are active.

Designs, placement and access

A private design preview grants no title or permission to publish or build on another person’s land. Placement requires current rights for every affected parcel and any required publication or site-work approval. A land purchase does not automatically approve a design, start an AI request or buy AI usage.

Empty credit, an AI-provider connection change or a payment-method change does not erase an existing title or compatible creation. Supported scenery, map geography and geographic boundaries are virtual approximations. Explore in a supported browser and device before buying; account and world services need an internet connection. No offline copy or permanent availability of the world is promised.

Payment and confirmation

The review shows the available payment path and the full USD charge, including any applicable tax and permitted fee. A balance-funded purchase requires sufficient usable ThirdSol credit and an atomic debit with title issuance. Buying credit is a separate transaction with its own credit terms.

For a card or other provider payment offered by checkout, Stripe processes the payment. ThirdSol records fulfillment only after verifying settlement; a return page or screenshot is not proof of payment. A delayed or interrupted checkout can be checked using its existing reference. A retry must not produce another debit or competing title.

Errors, required remedies and disputes

Applicable cancellation rights, refunds and other mandatory remedies remain in force, as do enforceable promises in the terms accepted for the original transaction. Contact hello@aplauso.io with the payment reference for a payment error or required remedy. These terms do not turn every payment into a non-refundable purchase or record a blanket waiver of consumer rights.

A refund, dispute or verified payment mismatch can place an associated title under review. The original title and financial history are retained; sold parcels are not silently returned to primary inventory. Any later authorized transfer must preserve the existing parcel and title identity. Unpaid reservations can expire under the checkout rules.

Public information and historical terms

Public title and landscape records can show the chosen place name, geographic location, public title code, issue date and current title status. Keep private contact details out of public place names. Private account and payment information is separate from these public records. The privacy notice explains the account, payment, creation and service data used by ThirdSol.

These terms apply to the purchase review identifying this version. Historical accepted rights, amounts and available evidence remain attached to their original transactions. The archived 1 October 2026 public page is retained as historical website text; it does not establish missing acceptance evidence for a differently labelled historical version.
